5 issues in development with low priority
Two-lot rural subdivision near Via Vaquero Road
A 10.3-acre parcel with an existing home and olive grove will be split into two 5-acre residential lots, reviving a subdivision originally approved years ago under a map that expired.
Olivet University continued operation in Anza Valley
The university's 853-acre campus can keep operating after its old permit's expiration date, with no expansion — 30 residents wrote in support and none in opposition.
Sancerra Whitewood annexation extension
The developer of the Sancerra Whitewood project got a one-year extension to complete water and sewer annexations after fire-hazard-zone insurance costs forced a switch from condos to townhomes.
Meadowbrook two-lot land division
A 2.45-acre property north of 10th Street could be split into two residential lots of roughly 1.25 and 1.20 acres, matching the surrounding very low density residential neighborhood.
Lake Mathews/Woodcrest four-lot subdivision
A 7.14-acre property near Avenue D and Birch Street was slated to become four lots, but the hearing was continued because the applicant hasn't accepted the county's road-related conditions.
