Cited her own public records request showing over 10 million searches and access by agencies tied to ICE; asked the council to end the Flock contract.

Said a prior meeting with Vega, Hiatt and police leaders produced only a verbal promise to block agencies that searched for ICE, and asked for real action, at minimum blocking those agencies.

Called Flock cameras a blatant Fourth Amendment violation, criticized the council for not blocking ICE-linked agencies, and asked for the cameras to come down.
