Street sweeping parking

A 40-year resident said alternate one-side/one-day sweeping is the only fair fix; questioned the value of dry sweeping and ticketing.

Said new 10-to-2 no-parking signs on both sides for a half-mile radius leave his neighborhood nowhere to park.
