Veteran homelessness services

Westcare's veterans program coordinator introduced her organization, which serves homeless and at-risk veterans across Tulare, Kings and other counties, and asked for a future presentation slot.

A VA representative based in Fresno covering six counties offered support and said she's active with the Continuum of Care.
