Special Use Permit No. PSP 26-001

The neighboring property owner requested denial, reporting 40+ non-resident vehicles that look like a wrecking yard, three occupied travel trailers hooked to utilities possibly dumping waste into the Pioneer Ditch, traffic impacts, and called the permit an end run around zoning.

The applicant said the vehicles came from his previous Farmersville shop, that half are his and half are customer cars he'll clear out within a month or two, and that he wants to focus on forklifts and ag equipment going forward.
