Hartland church camp noise and traffic

Said the church camp near his Hartland properties uses amplified speakers exceeding 110 decibels, blocks Dry Creek Road with parking and bus traffic, claims creek access on private property, and is expanding without adequate parking or traffic control. Asked the board to review the camp's conditional use permit.
