New City Development Proposal

Taxpayers and local governments could face major infrastructure costs—or new tax revenue—depending on how the project is financed and approved.

Existing residents could get stuck with more traffic, higher infrastructure demands, and changes to the area’s character—especially if planning and funding fall short.
