Fiddyment Homestead preservation and park development

Parking lease for Roseville Tuesday Night Group
A member of a long-running Alcoholics Anonymous group asked the city to renew the lease on a 55-space parking lot across from the opera house, saying meetings with up to 75 attendees depend on it.
Roseville Traffic Garden
The city will build its first permanent traffic garden — a scaled-down street network painted on asphalt where kids and new riders can practice bike and pedestrian safety away from cars. It's going in a vacant downtown parking lot near the Oak Street roundabout, with a goal of opening within a year.
Dry Creek Greenway East Phase 1 Trail Project
The council added $1 million from the transportation fund and a $92,310 design contract amendment to keep the regional trail project moving — no General Fund money used.
