Description
The developer swapped its required affordable housing site from 847 Woodside Road to 705 Veterans Boulevard, where Eden Housing will build a five-story, 76-unit senior building (75 affordable units). To assemble land, the city will vacate and sell the Spring Street segment for $10.75 million.
