Youth online safety and cannabis revenue

Spoke on international efforts to protect children under 16 from social media and parental responsibility, then urged the council to reconsider cannabis dispensaries for over $1 million in annual tax revenue; also suggested banning dogs on the Esplanade if it can't be cleaned.
