Bill Brand Gateway Park naming

Supports honoring Brand but suggests "Bill Brand Wetlands" as a name, and urges the council to also honor former Councilman Joe Daweziak rather than slow-walk a park-naming policy.

Opposes naming the park after Brand, calling his legacy divisive and blaming his tenure for lost development, stalled housing, and ongoing AES litigation; also asks who will maintain the park.

Strongly supports the name, citing Brand's parkland advocacy, the power plant closure, and that the site was his last public appearance.
