Golf Course Road Data Center

Asked the council to put the data center on a future agenda; raised recycled-water limits, energy use equal to all Pittsburg homes, rising utility costs, noise/infrasound health effects, and requested public dashboards and full assessments before phases two and three.

Longtime resident urged reconsideration of phase one approval and a halt to phases two and three, citing health evidence, plummeting home values, higher energy costs, fire risk in 110-degree summers, and proximity to a junior high school.

Emotional longtime resident and grandmother said the data center should never have been approved near homes, schools, parks and churches, citing noise, vibration, emissions, light and property value damage, and asked the council to stop it.
