Said new La Paz management ignores the old no-parking agreement, leaving her circling for parking after work while the business lot sits empty.

Said La Paz staff claim a city permit lets them park anywhere; he wants the facility to use its own parking and asked the city to enforce the agreement. Also echoed noise complaints about Las Violetas.

Speaking through a translator, said hospital employees take her parking spot when she leaves and sometimes block her driveway, and asked that they respect residents' spaces.
