Summary
Trailhead and park parking along Ridge Park Road fills up on weekends as hikers and mountain bikers seek free parking near the Ziani community. Staff found about five additional spaces could be created by removing one no-parking sign and will observe weekend conditions before deciding.

Minimal — only signage changes and staff observation time.
Hikers, soccer players, and mountain bikers who currently park far up the hill would gain weekend spaces.
