Public Safety and Recreation
Summary
Milpitas is dealing with a mix of public safety and park upgrades. Cops nabbed a suspect after a string of assaults, and there's a cool idea to make Ed R. Levin Park a hub for downhill biking. Just a heads-up, a new rule might mean you have to ditch your old gas water heater.
