Renaissance Towns — 85 townhomes at Baldwin and Limonite
The developer of 85 townhomes on the former Albertson's site asked to pause the project because of housing market shifts. It was tabled and will be re-noticed when the applicant is ready to return.
Inclusionary housing ordinance implementation
The city's 2022 ordinance requires developers to include affordable units or pay fees into a housing trust fund. Most developers so far pay the in-lieu fee rather than build on-site units, making these three for-sale homes a rare direct outcome.
Manufactured home repair grants (MORE program)
The $3 million state grant program has now fixed 88 homes with $1.77 million awarded; applications are closed and remaining funds should be spent by June 2027.
Seasons at Sagebrush utility undergrounding in-lieu payment
The builder of the Seasons at Sagebrush homes along Pacific Avenue asked to pay the city instead of undergrounding overhead power lines itself, with the city completing the work later. Residents may care about when those utility lines actually go underground and who guarantees the work gets done.
