Description
Outdoor and mixed-light cannabis grows can no longer get setback reductions, closing the loophole most applicants used; other cannabis uses keep the reduction option because they'd otherwise have zero eligible parcels.
Impact summary
Future outdoor grows must sit at least 800 feet from property lines, 1,500 feet from schools and bus stops, and 300 feet from wetlands — no exceptions.
