Hostile work environment

A 30-year public servant said she was forced to leave over a hostile work environment that keeps getting dismissed, and that many others have left before her — the community and vulnerable residents suffer as a result.

A resident asked what the city is doing about a hostile, toxic work environment across all departments, from entry level to management, saying she has firsthand knowledge of the terrible conditions.
