In a written e-comment, resident Isaac Gonzalez suggested clarifying the private sector's role relative to the JPA, including the city, Southwestern College, Sweetwater Unified, and CSU in the JPA while handling UC participation through the nonprofit, and adding a U.S. Navy or military representative to the Academic Advisory Board.
