Topics getting the most attention in Chico public meetings, ranked by how frequently they are discussed.
3 issues in general with medium priority
Resident Complaint App
Oroville launched a 311 app a year ago that's already handled over 500 neighborhood complaints, proving that digital reporting makes fixing local issues way easier. If Chico adopts something similar, residents could report potholes and code violations with a few taps on their phones.
Relocation of Blue Oak Charter School
Chico Unified School District is moving the Blue Oak Charter School to a new 2.47-acre site on Apodaca Place to serve up to 300 students. The planning commission reviewed and approved the required general plan consistency letter for the project.
