El Camino Real plan

The Carlmont senior first praised his student bike ride and flagged unsafe arterials, then returned during the El Camino item to push for bus lanes alongside bike lanes, urging the city to challenge Caltrans' two-car-lane minimum.

Argued the plan dedicates five to seven lanes to cars while leaving only one per direction for everyone else, and proposed making Old County Road a parallel bike route instead of putting bike lanes on El Camino.
