Community center tax measure

Recounted nearly a decade of community center planning and credited volunteers with getting the funding measure to the ballot.

Thanked volunteers and staff, noted 2,500 signatures, and asked for future discussion on ongoing operations and maintenance funding.

Described the grassroots petition drive — 750 doors knocked, ~65% support — and urged a simple-majority vote in November.
