Summary
A resident near Moulton Parkway described five years of vehicles blocking curb ramps and occupying multiple spaces, plus a flea problem at Iglesia Park that he links to a child's flea-borne typhus diagnosis. He asked for striped parking, a marked crosswalk, and park inspection and treatment.
