Description
A 5,008-square-foot jiu-jitsu studio near City Hall offering classes for all ages, allowed with 17% fewer parking spaces than code requires because a parking study showed the business park lot runs at only about 22% occupancy at peak.
Impact summary
Brings a new family-friendly martial arts business to the business park next to City Hall; neighbors' main concern is whether parking will really hold up during busy hours.
